Work With Us
Partnerships
For practitioners and organizations committed to careful, collaborative mental health care.
Exceptional care requires an exceptional network.
Our Philosophy
Collaboration as Foundation
Ketamine therapy is most effective within a strong relational container. The preparation and integration make the medicine meaningful—and that work is often best held by the patient's existing care team.
If your patients could benefit from ketamine therapy, we want to work alongside you, not replace you. With consent, we collaborate directly so your patients never have to start their story over.
Collaboration isn't a feature of our model—it's the foundation.
For Referring Practitioners
Shared Care, Clearly Defined
We partner in specific ways designed to respect your existing patient relationship and maintain clear clinical accountability.
Referral Partners
You refer a patient to us. We handle the medical intake, supervision, and dosing sessions. You continue your ongoing therapeutic or psychiatric work. We share notes and coordinate care.
Preparation & Integration Partners
For clinicians trained in ketamine-informed care who want to hold the preparation and integration space for their patients. We coordinate timing and continuity across the medicine sessions.
In-Session KAP Partners
Carefully vetted therapists may be present during a patient's medicine session as the psychotherapist of record. This is established on a case-by-case basis.
A note on clinical fit
We vet partners as carefully as we vet patients. Our goal is a tight-knit network of trusted clinicians, not a directory.
How It Works
Getting Started
A simple process to explore clinical alignment.
Introduce yourself using the inquiry button below. Tell us about your practice and collaboration interests. We read every inquiry.
If there's a potential fit, we'll chat. We'll learn about your approach, and you'll learn how we work and what referring to us looks like.
We establish clinical roles, communication norms, and consent protocols. We build the ketamine treatment safely around the work you're already doing.
